ACTIVITY

my overall activity goal for july and august is to walk at least 10,000 steps per day and complete one home-based workout each day

my overall activity goal for september and october is to walk at least 15,000 steps per day and complete two  home-based workouts each day

my overall activity goal for november and december is to walk at least 15,000 steps per day and complete two home-based workouts each day, plus participate in two 5K or 10K walks

LIFE

  • take time each day to breathe, stretch, and let all stress melt away
  • be a more positive person
  • allow myself to process my feelings and thoughts before responding to a potentially angering situation
  • spend less time on social media (especially during this political season)
  • be more patient with my boyfriend
